Compensation: $14-$16 + tips and bonuses
Job Summary:
Bayou Movers is hiring dependable moving helpers to support our team. As a moving helper, you will assist in packing, loading, and unloading customers’ belongings, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Responsibilities
:
  • Pack, load, and unload furniture and belongings with care.
  • Protect items with padding, shrink wrap, and straps during transport.
  • Communicate with the driver and team to ensure job efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols during moves.
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to lift 50–100lbs regularly.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous moving experience is a plus but not required.
