We are looking for someone in the Shop Help position. The Shop Help position will assist mechanics in the repair and maintenance of trucks, machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Cleans disassembled parts and equipment.
  • Obtains parts from various vendors and shop inventory, as needed.
  • Completes daily task list to include cleaning and organizing of shop parts, supplies, tools, equipment.
  • Provides assistance to Mechanics and other employees, as needed.
  • Complies with and follows all safety regulations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience
Must have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by the Company's vehicle insurance.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel or talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
