Job Title: Contract Administrator (Part-Time)
Job Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite)

Job Description:
Apptad is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of contracts within the US IT staffing industry and can manage the full lifecycle - from review to execution to negotiation.
Preferably based in or around Alpharetta, GA (onsite) - though we're open to remote for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing :
- Reviewing, drafting, and executing contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
- Negotiating terms directly with clients and vendors to protect company interests
- Ensuring compliance with US staffing industry standards and regulations
- Partnering closely with our Client Services and Delivery teams to keep contracts moving without delays
- Flagging risk areas and recommending redlines where needed
What we're looking for :
- Solid experience in contract administration, ideally within IT staffing or a related industry
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a part-time capacity
- Based in the US, Alpharetta area preferred
