Behind every order is a team making sure product is moved, staged, and ready when needed.
At Ferraro Foods, our warehouse associates support warehouse and transportation operations to help keep product moving so customers across the food industry receive what they need, when they need it.
This role is internally titled Warehouse Multifunction Associate.
We're looking for a Warehouse Associate who's dependable, hardworking, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
What You'll Be Working On

  • Assist with loading and unloading product throughout the day
  • Move product safely throughout the warehouse and loading areas
  • Stage and organize product for outbound deliveries
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Support warehouse and transportation operations based on daily business needs
  • Safely use warehouse equipment as trained
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
  • Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running efficiently
The Ingredients for Success
  • Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move product up to 80 lbs. throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the workday
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to support different operational areas as business needs require

The Details
  • Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
  • Equipment: Electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (varies) with occasional Saturdays
  • Pay: $225 daily pay
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings.
