Movie Production Security Supervisor
Movie Studio Security Supervisor – $24/hr

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Security Supervisor for Los Angeles Center Studios — a busy, high-profile movie studio property in Downtown Los Angeles.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has security experience, leadership ability, strong customer service skills, and the confidence to represent a professional studio environment.

This is not a basic security post. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, stay sharp, communicate professionally, and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized property for guests, tenants, production staff, vendors, and visitors.

Schedule

Monday – Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMSaturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

As the Security Supervisor, you will help oversee daily security operations while maintaining a professional and approachable presence on the property.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests, visitors, vendors, and authorized personnel
  • Monitor property access and follow all entry procedures
  • Ensure after-hours access protocols are followed correctly
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and activity using CCTV systems
  • Respond to requests from management in a timely and professional manner
  • Watch for unusual activity, safety concerns, or security issues
  • Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activity
  • Prepare detailed written reports and maintain accurate records
  • Support and guide security staff as needed
  • Stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is polished, dependable, and ready to take ownership of the post.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience
  • Commercial, high-rise, studio, or corporate security experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor while on duty
  • Computer proficiency is a must
  • Able to multitask, problem-solve, and take initiative
  • Strong written documentation and reporting skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
