Job description

Xanitos is seeking an Area Ambulatory Director in Gaithersburg MD.
As an Area Ambulatory Director you will be responsible for overseeing frontline staff running the day to day operations in the field and conducting nightly end of shift inspections.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates ability to oversee systems and processes to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Support Regional Manager in conducting formal rounds with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service including timely notification of priorities to Regional Manager and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Assumes responsibility for all payroll reporting and updates on employee files.
  • Assumes responsibility of scheduling staff appropriately within budgeted hours.
  • Ensure that staff receives proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
  • Discipline associates when necessary according to progressive disciplinary guidelines.
  • Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential.
  • Schedule and organize various activities such as, but not limited to, meetings and travel itineraries.
  • Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal.
