What this job involves:
As a MAC Services role at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of creating functional and inspiring workspaces for our clients. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee a range of facility services including furniture delivery, relocations, reconfigurations, and small-scale projects that keep office environments running smoothly. You'll manage daily work requests, coordinate your team's efforts, and ensure timely completion of tasks in demanding, fast-paced corporate settings. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, and this position offers the chance to develop both technical expertise and leadership skills. You'll serve as a critical link between clients, vendors, and internal teams, using your problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional service. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Coordinate and oversee furniture delivery, retrieval, and relocation activities to ensure efficient workspace transitions
  • Manage furniture repairs, workstation reconfigurations, and small projects from planning through completion
  • Approve timesheets, track and approve time off requests, and maintain accurate records of team activities
  • Conduct furniture and occupancy surveys to support space planning and optimization initiatives
  • Relocate employee belongings and crates to new work areas while setting furniture to established standards
  • Perform reporting within internal systems and consistently meet established deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams in corporate environments
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, dollies, and moving equipment safely and proficiently
  • Work independently to prioritize daily work requests and ensure all assignments are completed on schedule

Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of Experience working in a corporate or professional office setting.
  • Previous experience with office furniture systems and workstation configurations
  • Proficiency in using computers and smartphones for work management and communication and Microsoft office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and moving equipment safely
  • Valid driver license.

Physical Qualifications:
  • Physical capability to walk up to 8 hours per day as required by the role
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and push up to 75 lbs regularly

Preferred qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Background in facility services, workspace management, or related fields
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with space planning concepts and furniture standards
