Purpose
We are seeking a relationship-driven Development Annual Coordinator to grow and care for a dynamic portfolio of mid-level donors ($1,000-$10,000). This role is essential to building a sustainable funding pipeline by strengthening donor engagement, increasing retention, and advancing qualified donors into the Major Gift pipeline.
The ideal candidate is a relational strategist who can balance data-driven decision-making with meaningful donor connections and confidently invite financial partnership. This is a key revenue-generating role supporting a growing development program with a goal of $1.2M+ in annual mid-level revenue.
The Development Annual Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Development Officer. This position plays a critical role in building a thriving donor pipeline, ensuring long-term sustainability, and deepening engagement with supporters. By cultivating meaningful relationships and stewarding generosity, the Development Annual Coordinator directly contributes to expanding the mission and impact of Forest Home. This is an opportunity to build meaningful connections, inspire generosity, and help fuel life changing ministry.
