• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients to assess their physical condition and establish individualized rehabilitation plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to effectively promote healing, increase mobility, and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies, including home exercise programs, ergonomic adjustments, and lifestyle modifications, to sustain and enhance their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans that address all aspects of a patient’s well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, using our EMR system, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. You will be instrumental in crafting personalized treatment strategies that not only address physical impairments but also motivate patients towards achieving their personal health milestones.

• Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with consideration for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctorate in the field.
• Demonstrated reliable clinical judgment and exceptional communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Basic proficiency with EMR systems and electronic documentation procedures.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in orthopedic or rehabilitation-focused practices.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
