Viewtifully Clean LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking, full-time Cleaning Technicians to join our team. We provide both commercial and residential cleaning services throughout the Richmond-to-Chesapeake area, and we take pride in delivering a higher standard of clean than most cleaning companies.

This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, physically capable, comfortable using a smartphone for work, open to learning, and interested in growing with a team-focused company.

• Full-time availability is required.
• Our normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• A 30-minute lunch break is offered each day.
• We work very hard to avoid weekend work and are normally successful in doing so.
• If an occasional weekend job becomes available, we will first ask whether any team members would be willing to take it. If nobody volunteers, we will either decline the job or it will be handled by our manager or owner.
• Starting pay is $16 per hour.

Viewtifully Clean does not only clean houses. A large portion of our work is commercial cleaning, including common-area hallways at apartment complexes, as well as move-out cleans and residential cleaning services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning apartment-complex hallways, stairwells, common areas, and other commercial spaces.
• Completing move-out cleaning services.
• Completing detailed residential and commercial cleaning assignments.
• Following Viewtifully Clean procedures and quality standards.
• Checking your own work and helping teammates ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Taking before-and-after photos and completing job documentation through your phone.
• Assisting with detailed client reports after jobs are completed.
• Transporting assigned cleaning supplies to job sites during the workday.
• Picking up and dropping off company equipment at the shop each day.

This is a physically demanding job. It is important that applicants understand that commercial hallway cleaning and move-out cleaning can be tough work.

You must be able and willing to:

• Walk up and down multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Stay active and on your feet for most of the shift.
• Complete repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work outside when needed, including in rain, heat, cold, and changing weather conditions.
• Come prepared each day with appropriate clothing for the weather.
• Bring water and stay hydrated while working.
• Handle challenging jobs without sacrificing the quality of your work.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Full-time availability during our MondayFriday schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• The ability to travel throughout our service area, from Richmond to Chesapeake.
• The ability to transport cleaning supplies in their vehicle during the workday.
• A reliable smartphone with a working camera.
• Basic comfort using technology and willingness to learn our job-reporting process.
• A positive attitude and willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
• A willingness to learn and follow the Viewtifully Clean way of doing things.

You will not be expected to keep company equipment at your home after work. All equipment will be picked up from and dropped off at our shop each day.
