Job description

Rightstone is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Virginia Beach, VA. The pay rate is $18.00 – $20.00/hr (depending on experience) for a 1-month special project with a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule.


In this role, you will join a global leader in electrical distribution, to lead a critical facility optimization and cleanup initiative at our Virginia Beach branch. You will be the key person responsible for rolling up your sleeves to clear out, clean, and completely reorganize major zones of the warehouse to maximize operational space and safety. This is an ideal position for a reliable, physically strong individual looking for an immediate, high-paying daytime project with a world-class industrial company.


What you will do

  • Systematically clear out, clean, and reorganize designated storage bays and inventory zones across the warehouse floor.
  • Manually lift, stack, and move bulky components and industrial materials weighing up to 75 lbs safely.
  • Consolidate warehouse racking areas, separating materials and discarding debris to ensure a clean, efficient facility.
  • Maintain strict safety standards while handling heavy loads, keeping high-traffic forklift aisles free of obstructions.
  • Work efficiently and independently alongside the local operations team to complete the facility reset on schedule.

What we’re looking for

  • Heavy Lifting Stamina: Must be able to regularly and safely lift, push, pull, and move heavy warehouse items up to 75 lbs throughout a 9-hour shift.
  • Safety First Mindset: Must arrive on day one wearing required Steel Toe Shoes and be fully committed to safe lifting practices.
  • Absolute dependability and punctuality to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule.
  • A proactive, hard-working attitude—you must be comfortable working in a rugged warehouse environment and wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
  • Previous experience in construction cleanup, heavy-duty warehouse organizing, commercial moving, or general labor is highly preferred.
  • Fast-Track Availability: Looking for candidates who are ready to jump into work immediately with no formal client interview process required.

This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period
