What is the difference between Move In vs Moving Coordinator?

AspectMove InMoving Coordinator

CredentialsMay require basic moving or logistics experienceOften requires project management or logistics certifications
Work EnvironmentOn-site at client locations, physical labor involvedOffice-based with client interaction and coordination
Industry UsageCommonly used in moving companies, real estate, and relocation servicesUsed in moving companies, logistics firms, and corporate relocation services

Job description

Join MVM Moving and Storage

Make $18–$24+/hr Moving People Forward — Join MVM Moving and Storage

Most of our drivers and movers take home well above their base pay.

Here's why: tips and bonuses are real, frequent, and add up fast.

MVM Moving and Storage is hiring full-time and part-time Drivers and Laborers — and we're looking for people who take pride in their work and want to actually earn for it.

What You'll Earn This isn't a flat-rate grind. Your paycheck reflects your effort:

  • Base pay: $17–$26/hr depending on role and experience
  • Tips: +$7–$10/hr on average — paid by real customers who appreciate real work
  • Weekly & monthly bonuses on top of that
  • Paid training — you earn while you learn
  • Do the math: a full-time driver at the mid-range can realistically clear $35+/hr in total compensation. That's moving industry money.

Why People Stay at MVM

  • Paid vacation days — time off you actually accrue
  • Health insurance — coverage that matters
  • 401(k) retirement — build a future, not just a paycheck
  • Flexible scheduling — full-time 5-day weeks available; part-time options too
  • Get paid to work out — this job keeps you in shape
  • New & well-maintained trucks and equipment — no fighting broken gear
  • Fun team environment — we work hard and don't take ourselves too seriously

Driver Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with no major infractions (DUI, reckless operation, etc.) in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years; no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years
  • Able to lift, maneuver, and handle household and office furniture up to 100 lbs unassisted
  • Service-minded — you care about doing the job right, not just getting it done

Laborer Requirements

  • Able to lift, maneuver, and handle household and office furniture up to 100 lbs unassisted
  • Service-minded — you take quality seriously

Ready to Apply? If you show up, work hard, and treat customers well — MVM will reward you for it. Full and part-time positions are open now.

Apply today and start earning.
