What You'll Do:
• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency
