A move consultant/estimator is a supportive force for each core value. The ideal HUNK or HUNKette is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Two years of professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and basic Excel or willingness to learn new systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Communicate with current and potential clients on the phone and through our texting software to confirm their move, labor, or junk removal service details
  2. Input details in the work order while working closely with the Operations/Dispatch team to ensure the client and team are set up for success
  3. Occasional data entry
  4. Assist teams with follow-up calls or open leads
  5. Manage notifications from our call center
  6. Collaborate in the claims process
  7. Prepare and audit work orders
  8. Effective communication with clients, potential clients, and HUNKS

Other Duties include, but are not limited to:
  1. Keep stock of office supplies and advise when supplies are low
  2. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  3. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  4. Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  5. Organize special functions and social events
  6. Conduct site estimations
  7. Support the marketing and sales goals of the brand

Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  2. Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  6. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  7. Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
  8. Sales or customer service experience is preferred
  9. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  10. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
