### Locums | CRNA | Lebanon, MO### Why This Role

  • Full-time, ongoing schedule
  • General anesthesia with no cardiac or neurosurgical cases
  • Mix of hospital and outpatient surgery-center coverage
  • Regular weekday hours with predictable call rotation
  • ### Assignment Details
  • Start Date: ASAP following credentialing
  • Current Authorization: Through February 1, 2027
  • Commitment: Full-time availability required
  • Regular Hours: Monday‚ÄìFriday, 6:30 AM‚Äì3:00 PM
  • Weeknight Call: Approximately once weekly, typically 3:00‚Äì5:00 PM until 7:00 AM
  • Weekend Call: Approximately one weekend monthly, Friday afternoon‚ÄìMonday at 7:00 AM
  • Primary Locations: Mercy Hospital Lebanon and Mercy Surgery Center‚ÄìRolla
  • Additional Coverage: Mountain View may be included
  • Rolla: Outpatient surgery only; no call
  • Lebanon: Hospital-based General Surgery and OB anesthesia with 24/7 call
  • EMR: Epic
  • Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
  • Temporary Privileges: Available
  • ### Requirements
  • Board-Certified CRNA
  • Active unrestricted CRNA license with eligibility to practice in Missouri
  • Current BLS
  • Full-time Monday‚ÄìFriday availability
  • Ability to cover Lebanon, Rolla, and potentially Mountain View
  • Availability for weekly call and one weekend per month
  • General anesthesia and MAC experience
  • Epidural, regional-block, and central-line experience preferred
  • Hospital privileges
  • ### Clinical Details
  • Administer general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care
  • Cover General Surgery, endoscopy, OB/GYN, cataract, ENT, and podiatry cases
  • Perform epidural anesthesia when qualified
  • Perform regional nerve blocks and central-line placement when qualified
  • Provide scheduled outpatient anesthesia at the Rolla surgery center
  • Provide hospital-based anesthesia and call coverage at Lebanon
  • Rotate between locations when operationally required
  • No cardiac or neurosurgical anesthesia cases
  • No APP, resident, or teaching supervision responsibilities
