Weโ€™re looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our medical team and help guide our clients safely through detox and early recovery.

Youโ€™ll oversee a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and QMAPS, provide direct care to clients, and ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective services are delivered at every turn. Youโ€™ll also be a key clinical voice in coordinating care and advancing our mission of sustainable sobriety.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Lead and support the nursing team in our detox and residential care programs.
  • Oversee medication administration, detox services, and health education.
  • Collaborate with providers to create and execute treatment plans.
  • Review and sign off on all behavioral health nursing services.
  • Track medical supplies, manage scheduling, and support staff training.
  • Communicate with clients and families to provide reassurance, education, and support.
  • Document everything accurately to meet compliance and quality standards.
What Youโ€™ll Bring:
  • Current RN license, with ability to practice in Wisconsin.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience, ideally with substance use or behavioral health.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication with the ability to connect with clients and staff alike.
  • Skills in documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Bonus points for Utilization Review or EMR experience.
