Familiarity with injection moulding machines, CAD software, and safety protocols is typically required, and certifications such as RJG or similar are advantageous. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective teamwork are vital soft skills in this role. Mastering these skills ensures efficient production, minimizes defects, and maintains a safe and productive work environment.
