Reno Harley-Davidson is seeking a professional, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs while supporting overall dealership sales and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist retail and service customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate parts, accessories, and apparel
  • Provide accurate parts lookups and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Support the Service Department by sourcing and supplying parts for repair orders in a timely manner
  • Process parts orders, special orders, and backorders with accuracy
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Merchandise and maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts showroom
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and warranty-related issues in a professional manner
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely customer communication
