When not serving as the ODM, you'll work as a “Tiff’s Treater” which includes taking occasional deliveries, contributing to the overall success of the team. This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position. The schedule will be flexible, yet varied, encompassing day, night, and some weekend shifts, typically between 7 AM and 11 PM.
What You’ll Do
As an On Duty Manager (ODM):
- Earn $18/hr for ODM shifts.
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations.
- Oversee, train, and evaluate the work of 1–6 employees per shift, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Manage daily operations, including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, complete daily paperwork, and conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders to maximize speed and delivery business.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, setting the tone for the team and leading by example in every role.
- Assist with front-of-house tasks, including greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Support performance management, including coaching team members and providing feedback or corrective actions as needed.
- Earn $15/hr for Treater shifts, plus applicable tips and delivery fees
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats to perfection, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately package orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment while upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Deliver warm, freshly baked treats quickly and efficiently using a personal vehicle.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers with a smile and ensuring a positive experience including assisting with front-of-house tasks, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Flexible amp; Versatile – Must be willing to work both ODM and Tiff’s Treater shifts as needed throughout the week/weekend.
- Leadership Experience – A minimum of 6 months of leadership and/or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for Peak Business Days – Must be available to work on our busiest days of the year, including Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day ("All Hands on Deck" days).
- Clean Driving Record amp; Valid License – A current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Proof of Auto Insurance – Must have current car insurance, with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver.
- Personal Vehicle for Deliveries – Must have access to a personal vehicle for deliveries (Drivers will receive additional compensation for using their own car).
