Job description

Summary: This is for you if you’re passionate about motorcycles and want to be part of a growing company in a growing sector of the motorsports industry.

We are an elite manufacturer and distributor of high-end accessories and have an opportunity for someone with good people skills and an understanding of simple motorcycle mechanics.

We are a small family-owned company that manufactures, imports and distributes high-end, high-performance parts for European sport motorcycles. Come and grow with us!

To perform this job effectively you must be able to complete these essential duties:

. Effectively answer incoming calls, respond to emails and text messages regarding motorcycle parts and fitments

· Recommended the products to customers based on their needs and interest.

· Negotiate sales, educate cutomers on motorcycle products and work diligently to close every sales opportunity.

· Maintain store inventory, to allow for adequate stock quantities and keep company loss to the minimum.

· Provide excellent customer service.  Make and receive sales calls. Assist with upsell of products.

. Effectively update website with new products, update pricing, update new fitments.

· Track inventory levels for efficient handling of customer requests

. Inform the customers with their orders and ensure estimated time of delivery for non stock items

· Other duties as needed.

·Education, Experience and skills required for this position:

· Minimum experience two years of customer service or related

· High School or GED

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Good mathematical skills, able to calculate quickly

· Clear communication skills with the ability to use positive language

· Ability to handle conflict without reacting

. Ability to multi task 

· Ability to use a PC windows platform and navigate multiple programs

· Must clear criminal background test

· Experience with web or graphic design a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms

· Talk, hear and understand voice on the telephone.

· Frequent, lengthy sitting

· Stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

· Specific corrected vision ability to read computer screen at typical desk to monitor distance and read packing slips and product labels

Compensation:

· Minimum pay starting at $18.00 per hour. Starting hourly rates may be higher based on experience. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $36,680 and $43,840 + depending on experience and overtime hours worked
