Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions
  • Schedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse evironment
  • Process improvement of all activities
  • Researching and reconciling order discrepancies
  • Supervision and training of employees
  • Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff
  • Annual performance reviews
  • Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar

Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • High School graduate or equivalent required

Experience:
  • 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred
  • 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Manufacturing Shipping/Warehouse Environment
  • Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
  • Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
  • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
