Powersports Sales Associate (Entry Level Welcome)

About Scranton Powersports

Scranton Powersports is a full-service powersports dealership serving riders and outdoor enthusiasts across the region. We carry a wide selection of new and pre-owned ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and utility vehicles from leading brands including Polaris, CFMOTO, Indian Motorcycle, and BRP.

We’re growing and looking for motivated, reliable, and coachable Sales Associates. No prior powersports sales experience is required — we’re happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and interest in the powersports industry.


What You’ll Do
  • Welcome customers in the showroom and help them find the right unit for their needs

  • Assist customers by phone, text, and email with product questions and availability

  • Learn and follow Scranton Powersports’ sales process from greeting to delivery

  • Work leads from our website, OEM partners, and walk-in traffic

  • Present product features, accessories, and financing options

  • Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business

  • Keep customer information and deal notes accurate in the CRM

  • Coordinate with finance, parts, and service teams for smooth deliveries

  • Maintain a clean, professional showroom and vehicle displays

  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training
