Our Motorcycle Sales Consultants have fun building their business from our state-of-the-art facility in Tampa, FL from Tuesday through Saturday. And because lead generation is key for any successful salesperson, we encourage and support prospecting through multiple outside channels.
Job Summary:
Successful candidates will be responsible to provide an unparalleled motorcycle experience through all aspects of a professional sales process; greeting, qualifying, presenting, matching the right product, gaining commitment, celebrating the delivery, and managing customer expectations throughout the transaction. ? Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interest to various models; building rapport
? Demonstrates motorcycles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and benefits as they match buyer requirements
? Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing intent to purchase form; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, apparel, accessories; delivering motorcycle; maintaining relationships
? Provides sales management reports showing sales pipeline; leads, deals and deliveries
? Updates job knowledge by participating in manufacturer training requirements and other educational opportunities; reading professional publications and online blogs, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Automotive, motorcycle, or related sales and customer service experience a plus
