- Strategically lead daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.
- Drive performance metrics by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets.
- Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiation-personally assisting in closing complex or high-value deals.
