EagleRider understands the needs of motorcycle enthusiasts and adventure travelers; we offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained Harley, Indian, Honda, Triumph, Kawasaki, and BMW motorcycles and allow one-way rentals or guided tours between franchise rentals facilities located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world. The company offers multi-brand rentals, guided and self-guided tours, apparel and service as it continues to expand its reach globally. In 2023 EagleRider expanded their offerings to include Off-Road guided UTV tours in several locations across the U.S.



The Van Guide will work directly with the Tour Guide and clients to support a guided motorcycle tour and deliver the optimal customer experience while on the road. Duties include driving the support vehicle for a group of motorcycles on a specifically-designed tour, working closely with your Tour Guide to ensure the safety and well-being of your clients, and working with the Tours department as a whole to discover new methods and practices to improve the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely support the Tour Guide and motorcycle groups while delivering exceptional customer service.

Work closely with the Tour Guide and Tours Department to deliver the optimal experience for the clients.

Communicate with customers/clients via email, telephone, and face to face as needed. Requires a smart phone/apps.

Load and unload customer luggage, tour supplies, and spare motorcycles from the support vehicle.

Make sure all needed tools, coolers, first aid kits and equipment are present and in good working condition.

Keep the coolers stocked with ice and water as necessary.

Assist the Tour Guide to perform necessary research of routes, businesses, attractions, and national parks that will enhance the experience of the group.

Assist the Tour guide to monitor and track all expenses charge to company credit card and petty cash.
