Power Sports Technician III

Location: Marysville, OH

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and remove monitoring/testing equipment on powersports vehicles.
• Travel to customer locations to support testing projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during field visits.
• Plan travel, schedules, and logistics for field work.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
• Perform mechanical work, including vehicle maintenance, teardown, and reassembly.
• Operate and transport test vehicles safely.
• Keep track of equipment inventory and assets.
• Write detailed technical reports and document customer issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Required Skills:

• Mechanical experience (powersports, automotive, wiring, diagnostics, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organization, planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for ATVs, side-by-sides (SxS), dirt bikes, or similar vehicles.
• Valid ability to operate company vehicles and tow or transport test units.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time and occasionally work weekends.
