Position Summary:

The Sales Advisor at Private Club Motors is responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing used vehicles that meet their needs and budget. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and effectively guiding customers through the entire sales process. The Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in contributing to the dealership's sales goals and reputation for quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Establish a rapport with customers to build trust and create a positive sales experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.

  • Ensure all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Maintain regular contact with potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
  1. Prospecting:
  • Generate leads through various methods, including referrals, cold calling, and responding to online inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential customers for ongoing communication.
  1. Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals set by the dealership.
  1. Market Knowledge:

Qualifications:
