About the Role:
PCP Motorsports is looking for a skilled Motorcycle Pre-Delivery Technician to join their team! This is your chance to work hands-on with motorcycles, ATV's, Side x Sides and Watercraft, ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop in perfect, road-ready condition. If you're passionate about motorsports and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used motorcycles, ATV's, Side x Sides and Watercraft to ensure safety and quality standards
  • Assemble and set up vehicles from crates, including installation of accessories and components
  • Inspect and adjust brakes, throttle, clutch, and suspension systems prior to delivery
  • Check and top off all fluids including oil, coolant, and brake fluid
  • Identify and document any defects, damage, or warranty issues before customer delivery
  • Perform final quality control checks and road-readiness verification
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in motorcycle assembly, service, or pre-delivery inspection preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with powersports equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical documentation
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety standards
  • Valid motorcycle license or ability to obtain one is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership or parts environment
