              Warhorse Rentals, Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a                relationship-driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to help launch our new stand-alone Victor, NY location and               grow the local market.

       WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Build a high-activity field rhythm through jobsite visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, and equipment demonstrations.
  • Identify new projects and accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers.
  • Turn customer needs into solutions with fast, accurate quotes and professionally negotiated rental terms.
  • Own the customer process from quote through delivery and pickup while coordinating with inside rental, dispatch, service, and billing.
  • Track opportunities in CRM, protect margins through value selling, and share competitive market insights with leadership.
       WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in construction, rental, or a related industry.
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfort using ERP or CDK systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
  • A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
  • A self-starting, competitive, goal-oriented approach with a team-first mindset.
