Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin Area)

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Clinic

Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized care to children ages 0-21 with developmental, sensory, and functional needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions focused on functional outcomes

  • Address key areas including:

  • Fine motor development

  • Sensory processing and regulation

  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Visual-motor integration

Requirements :

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Nevada Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)

  • Pediatric experience preferred (especially with Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • New graduates with strong clinical placements are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
