Motor Coach OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Coach Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a safe driver with a passion for hospitality and providing quality service to our clients. The Motor Coach Operator will be responsible for transporting passengers to various destinations while ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a motor coach in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers
  • Maintain a clean and organized motor coach
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with passengers and other team members
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the motor coach
  • Report any issues or concerns to management
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL license with passenger endorsement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a motor coach operator
  • Excellent driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
