Average total pay: $19.64 - $23.00+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

What to expect when you work here

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

• Ensure the RevZilla brand is maintained through exceptional service and continued focus on improvement of the in-store customer experience. The Key Holder serves as an essential sales leader for the store, achieving daily sales objectives.

• Maintain store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays

• Maintain an expert level of knowledge on RevZilla's product offerings by consistently seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers

• Improve the operational efficiency of RevZilla's retail operation by offering thoughts and ideas on how to consistently provide a better experience to the customer

• We see customers of varying degrees of riding experience every day, so you will explain the same principles over and over, day in and day out

This means you also ride, have a varied riding portfolio and will want to share your stories from the road, the track, or the dirt with our customers.

Our next Key Holder has:

• 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store

• 2 years + of sales or customer service experience

• A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience

• An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community

• Experience with computers and POS systems 

• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest
