Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP or CNS) Specializing in Lifestyle Management & Integrative Wellness For Urology Practice 


This unique and outstanding position will be cross-trained in general urology and lifestyle management with future integrative wellness training.  We are willing to take the time and effort to train the right individual in urology who fits our practice ideology and holistic approach to medicine.  We require at least one year in a clinic setting as an autonomous Provider.  


NAU Urology Specialists is looking for a caring, motivated PA or NP to expand our current Lifestyle Management Department with future training in Integrative and Functional Medicine. Must be team-oriented and patient-centered. Urology experience is preferred but will help train motivated individuals. We currently have one exceptional part-time Functional Medicine & Integrative Health Physician Assistant who is working predominantly via telemedicine. We are looking for someone comfortable seeing patients in the clinic.


At NAU Urology Specialists we firmly believe in individualized medicine with a strong focus on lifestyle and whole-body healing. Regarding lifestyle management, we meet patients where they are and use motivational interviewing techniques to improve compliance. Our treatment modalities are evidence-based recommendations on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress coping mechanisms and supplements. However, we also recommend physical therapy, medication and surgery when needed.


Our growing team includes 6 Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioner, 5 Physician Assistants, and 1 Physical Therapists.
