  • Maintain accurate client documentation using Salesforce
  • Lead and support client groups

Requirements
  • Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Passion for serving women, children, and families while upholding the sanctity of human life
  • Bachelor's degree in a related social services field, Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Community Health Worker
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Case management or care coordination experience preferred
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or motivational interviewing preferred
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (Texas Licensed) preferred
