Your role will be exclusively onsite within our rehabilitation facility, where you will have the benefit of working closely with other healthcare specialists in a supportive and engaging atmosphere. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. • Provide direct patient care through thorough evaluations, assessments, and tailored therapeutic interventions in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on goal achievement, patient engagement, and improving functional ability.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques to support patients in overcoming physical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, manage caseload, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in exercises and therapeutic techniques to promote continuity of care outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize daily tasks, manage therapy schedules, and contribute to effective communication among team members regarding patient progress.

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including both adults and children undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedics and various musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Motion Menders, you will interact directly with patients from all walks of life, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and facilitating their recovery towards healthier living.

• Possession of a current Physical Therapy License in the state of Oregon.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

• While no prior experience is required, candidates with specialized training or internships in pediatrics or orthopedics will be given preference.
• Experience in utilizing advanced therapeutic tools and methodologies will enhance patient care and outcomes.
