Position Overview
The Graphic Production Manager at IGE is crucial in overseeing the overall graphic design and production for each project. This hands-on position entails managing all aspects of the client's branding layouts and final graphic production to ensure highquality deliverables that meet client specifications and deadlines. This position will manage a three-person team, schedule and oversee all assigned projects, and assume responsibility for successful and accurate production completion and profitability.
The graphic production manager is responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time. They will receive work orders, coordinate and oversee the development of branding booklets and layouts, participate in kickoff meetings, and manage and coordinate all graphic subcontractors, including SEG Fabrics (Silicone Edge Graphics), Graphics, 3D logos, and Vinyls. They will also collaborate closely with CAD detailers, purchasing, fabrication shop, CNC operator, logistics, and warehouse.

The graphic production manager is also responsible for tracking change orders, reporting change orders to the team, and ensuring overall project profitability on assigned production jobs.
โ€ข Assist with graphic budgetary support during the estimating and or RFP process.
โ€ข Develop production planning, including priority lists for graphic production and delivery.
โ€ข Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
โ€ข Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
โ€ข Oversee all aspects of graphic production, from conceptualization to final execution.
โ€ข Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and expectations for all graphic production.
โ€ข Ensure timely delivery of graphics projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
โ€ข Quality control involves thorough quality checks on all graphic deliverables to ensure accuracy in sizes, colors, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
โ€ข Make sure the final graphics have a perfect fit into systems and structures.
โ€ข Report any mistakes in production to the Operation Manager.
โ€ข Support graphic production activities and manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and external vendors.
โ€ข Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate supplies for ongoing projects.
โ€ข Create post-show reports regarding all graphic production.
Skills
Knowledge and Expertise
โ€ข A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic production, with at least three years in a managerial or supervisory role, is required.

โ€ข Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
โ€ข A clear understanding of design principles, typography, colors, and printing.

Schedule:
โ€ข Monday to Friday From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Occasional overtime may be required. We know how essential weekends are for friends and family. While our design and fabrication volume may need occasional overtime work and occasionally during weekends, we try to avoid this. We try to plan schedules around balancing work and family life.
Physical Setting:
โ€ข In Office, 1400 N. Lisbon Street, Unit 300 Aurora, CO 80018 . Candidate should live within 10-30 miles from IGE maximum.
Compensation:
