Job description

The Graphic Designer is a supporting creative role on the Learfield Creative team part of the Brand Management and Marketing team. Aligned with key department goals, the Brand Management and Marketing team is focused on delivering best-in-class creative by:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative creative solutions, including identity designs, logos, illustrations, and brand campaigns.
  • Manage assigned projects with responsiveness and proactive communication.
  • Design marketing materials aligned with the client's brand and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative toolkits for campaigns.
  • Present ideas effectively to various teams.
  • Collaborate with other designers to support corporate client branding initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
  • Experience in logo design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating effective use of hierarchy, typography, and imagery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign).
  • Strong presentation layout skills.
  • Advanced photo and graphic retouching abilities.
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Illustration skills are desirable.
  • Understanding of typographical hierarchies and font selection.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
