About

We're looking for a Multimedia Experience Designer who can transform complex sales concepts into engaging, cinematic learning experiences. You'll combine video production, motion graphics, animation, interactive learning, and visual storytelling to create content that helps sales teams learn, retain, and apply new skills. Working alongside instructional designers, you'll shape the visual identity of our learning programs while leveraging modern creative and AI-powered tools to deliver memorable learning experiences.


What You'll Do

  • Produce high-quality videos from concept through post-production.
  • Create 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling assets.
  • Design a cohesive visual identity for learning programs and digital experiences.
  • Build interactive learning content, simulations, and gamified experiences using Articulate 360.
  • Partner with instructional designers and cross-functional teams to develop engaging learning solutions.
  • Explore and implement new creative technologies and AI tools to enhance content quality.
  • Manage multiple projects while delivering polished, on-brand creative work.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of multimedia design, motion graphics, or digital media experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video production, animation, multimedia design, and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Articulate 360.
  • Strong graphic design and branding skills.
  • Experience creating engaging digital learning or training content.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, Final Cut Pro, Google Vids, Gemini, or similar creative tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
