Job description

Pay: $20 - $25/hour based on experience!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This role is located in office - Oklahoma City.
EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER:
  • Receive work orders, prioritize workload based on deadline and Chief Marketing Officer decisions.
  • Communicate to customers and other departments for additional information required for a project.
  • Must be persistent!
  • Provide rough concept options.
  • Request, revise and get approval from Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Proceed with producing the final content.
  • Outsource print production to local production facilities and have them deliver, and install in some cases, assets to our customers.
  • Deliver all digital assets to the teams responsible for posting the creative content.
  • Receive constructive feedback and direction from Chief Marketing Officer.
  • In-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, email ads, etc.
  • Any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER:Producing accurate and high quality work; ability to handle multiple projects at once; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; expert knowledge of latest computer packages Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, project planning systems, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, & CMS used for graphic design; graphic designers must have outstanding communications skills, they must be able to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing; ability to meet tight deadlines.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 5 lbs occasionally.
