What You Will DoCreative Direction & Motion Design
  • Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising

  • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives

  • Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs

  • Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content

  • Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects

  • Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively

Technical & Workflow Mastery
  • Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence

  • Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery

  • Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality

Trend & Innovation
  • Stay at the forefront of motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools

  • Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats

What You Bring
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)

  • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition

  • Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills

  • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
