POSITION INFORMATION
As a Member Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and strategic goals of the credit union. This position also serves as primary initial contact for most member dealings at the credit union.
Work Schedule
Rotation: Mon-Fri, must be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift, and until 6:15pm for latest shift; some Saturdays 9am-12pm

What You Will Do:
Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
