What You'll Do:

As our Growth Demand Generation Specialist, you'll help bridge the gap between demand generation and sales execution by:

  • Leveraging data, technology, and operational excellence
  • Owning and optimizing the operational handoff between Marketing and Sales to ensure leads are routed, qualified, and followed up on quickly and consistently
  • Managing and enhancing our AI-powered BDR platform, including workflows, sales cadences, performance monitoring, user adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Collaborating with Technology and Revenue Operations teams to ensure CRM data integrity, campaign tracking accuracy, and reliable reporting
  • Analyzing pipeline growth, funneling conversion rates, sales velocity, win/loss trends, and productivity metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting that measure pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, conversion performance, and sales effectiveness
  • Supporting forecasting processes through pipeline management, opportunity hygiene, and CRM best practices
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements that increase conversion rates and sales productivity
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures that support scalable growth
