Job Title: IT Asset Coordinator
Location: Highland Hills, OH (onsite)
Position Type: Part-time (less than 24 hours per week) • Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT
Job Type: Onsite
Pay range: $35.00/HR on W2.
 Job Summary

Seeking an IT Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and deployment of IT equipment. The role will also provide basic IT support as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage shipping and receiving of IT equipment.
  • Pack, unpack, track, and coordinate domestic/international shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
  • Coordinate equipment deployment and employee onboarding.
  • Handle company/client IT equipment.
  • Follow up on delayed or missing shipments.
  • Provide basic IT support related to equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and shipping providers.
Requirements
  • Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory, or IT asset management.
  • Experience handling IT equipment such as laptops, computers, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with shipment tracking systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a mid-sized to large-scale environment.

Preferred: Experience with IT hardware deployment, asset management, and domestic/international shipping.
