This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, developing personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at educating the community about mental health issues and resources available, further enhancing our organization's role as a community leader in mental health advocacy.

Our therapists are encouraged to embrace and enhance their cultural competence, ensuring that all clients feel understood, respected, and valued in their therapeutic journey.

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, enabling you to connect effectively with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational capabilities to maintain accurate client documentation and timely progress notes, contributing to a seamless workflow.

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or outpatient facility.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management processes.
• A background in conducting group therapy sessions, providing support in a collaborative environment.
• Proven track record in community outreach and mental health advocacy, showcasing commitment to destigmatizing mental health issues.
