Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time position based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, setting performance goals, and monitoring progress to ensure revenue growth across pest, termite, mosquito, bed bug, moisture control, and repair services. The Sales Manager will manage key customer accounts, nurture new business opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and customer retention.
