Better Lending is seeking an experienced Junior Mortgage Processor to join our growing team in the office.

Responsibilities:

Review and process mortgage loan files from start to finish

Ensure accuracy and completeness of borrower documentation

Work with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to move files efficiently through the pipeline

Maintain compliance with lending regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Sales experience is required

Prior mortgage experience is a BIG PLUS

Strong knowledge of loan documentation and mortgage guidelines

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work in-office
