Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Move loans from submission to clear to close in a fast and efficient manner
  • Think outside the box and provide solutions to complicated U/W conditions and scenarios
  • Work with Appraisal Manager and place appraisal orders
  • Analyze loan approvals & coordinate with LOs to obtain conditions
  • Collect documentation needed for loan approvals
  • Analyze and accurately calculate borrower income
  • Work with your sales team and meet closing deadlines
  • Comprehensive understanding of guidelines on all loan types
  • Meet turn time requirements for certain tasks

Qualifications

What you bring to our winning team:

  • 3-5 years loan processing experience required
  • Excellent computer skills and efficiency
  • Familiarity with financial and lending practices
  • Individual must possess strong communication skills, excellent time management skills; and a strong focus on customer service. 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Desire to grow, take on new tasks, overcome objections
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish)
