Our company has been working in the mortgage field industry for over a decade and has a great opportunity for you. Be your own boss, work your own schedule, and begin running your own business with little start up cost. We are looking for hard working, problem solving, self-discipline, and dependable contractors. This position is different than your normal clock in, clock out job and the income is greater!! Get paid to drive around and take pictures all day. We are looking for Inspectors to cover multiple areas near South Bend, including Laporte, Michigan City, Knox, Walkerton, Plymouth, and surrounding areas.Each inspector will be responsible for their own territory with full time or part time positions available.
As an Occupancy Inspector you drive to the addresses provided and determine occupancy of the property. Follow instructions on orders as there are different types of inspections. Provide photos and response to questionnaire for each address via our mobile app. The orders are coming from mortgage companies checking on the status and conditions of the properties and can be drive by inspections, walk thru inspections and some are contact inspections. Addresses are automatically assigned by zip code to an inspector via our online system. The inspector is responsible to log on to the system, route the work to be completed and submit the work back utilizing our friendly mobile app by the due date. The required photos on every order at minimum is Street Sign, Neighborhood, Front of House, Address, and evidence picture of Occupancy (such as kids toys, vehicle, decorations).
Equipment Required- Iphone/Android Cell Phone, GPS, Computer/Laptop & Internet Access, Dependable vehicle
This is a subcontractor position, receiving a 1099 for taxes. All training & support provided.
Payment Schedule: Weekly Direct Deposit payments after net
