Responsibilities

  • Performing oversight tests on non-performing loans

  • Analyzing test results by identifying potential risk to the borrower and business

  • Identifying and reporting test findings for remediation

  • Helping Internal Departments with identifying the root cause of errors

  • Effectively communicating with a wide variety of internal parties to resolve test findings

  • Updating job aids and tests for the Oversight team as needed


Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Default Servicing experience or equivalent knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Federal and Agency Servicing guidelines and procedures for FHLMC, FNMA, and GNMA

  • Great analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Expert at MS Excel

  • Experience with MSP (Black Knight)

  • High School Diploma

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Familiar with IAssit, FHA Connection, Valeri, and Docutech

  • Knowledge of servicing transfers with loans in default and loss mitigation
