Job Description:

As an entry-level Mortgage Sales Coordinator at Nations Mortgage, you'll be an important part of helping our business succeed. This is a starting position, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn, develop, and be a valuable part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist loan officers in filling out and finalizing mortgage loan applications.
  • Contact clients to collect required paperwork, such as income statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
  • Make outbound calls to clients using a dialer system to follow up on leads, gather information, and maintain communication throughout the loan process.
  • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support the sales team with finding new customers and managing existing ones.
  • Answer customer questions and provide updates on their loan status.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the loan origination process.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
  • Previous experience in mortgage lending, sales, or administrative/customer service roles preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers.
  • Strong communication skills.
