Job description

In the role of Mortgage Loan Originator, you are essential in helping clients navigate their mortgage options. This person evaluates clients' financial profiles and recommends appropriate loan solutions. You manage the end-to-end loan process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Collaboration with underwriters and other team members is key to delivering timely and efficient service. • Examine financial and credit data to evaluate borrower eligibility and associated risks
  • Seek out process improvement areas and implement proven practices
  • Direct mortgage loan origination to satisfy client expectations and meet business goals
  • Manage loan application progress and communicate results

What You’ll Do

  • Advise & Convert: Take ownership of a consistent, premium inflow of leads. Consult with families to identify the best financial outcomes and secure high-caliber applications.

  • Strategic Architect: Leverage deep knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo products to find creative, compliant solutions for complex files.

  • Maintain the Gold Standard: Drive files through the pipeline with "Platinum" standards for speed, accuracy, and client confidence.

  • Elite Execution: Navigate terms and structure deals to maximize production while maintaining the boutique, high-touch service our brand is known for.

The Profile

  • The Technical Specialist: You know the guidelines inside and out. You take pride in finding the path to approval that others miss.

  • The Dedicated Advisor: You want to be at your desk executing and helping families, not at a networking mixer or an open house.

  • The High-Achiever: You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your paycheck reflects your technical skill and efficiency.

  • The Team Player: You understand that we go further together than we ever could alone.

  • Proven capability to work solo and collaboratively
